Welcome to Tienji Academy

Our programmes combine classical intuitive wisdom with contemporary insights, designed and sequenced to lead participants to grow in introspection, awareness, and living with intention. Themes such as Meditation in Motion through Taiji, Quiet Resting in tea, and Finding Stillness through Calligraphy gently guide practitioners to heightened states of well-being.

Short sessions offer physical, mental, and emotional ‘resets’, while longer immersive retreats hold space for practitioners to recalibrate through deeply transformative activities in mindfulness, realignment, and healing.

BALANCE CLARITY SOLACE

R · E · L · E · A · S · E

Classical wisdom. Contemporary insights.

A time to heal ourselves

Achieving a balanced Mind, Body, and Spirit is especially important in our modern world, and such boundless wisdom can be found across many age-old teachings and disciplines across different cultures.

Our programmes

Tienji Movement Meditation

Choose from Morning Qi Sessions (invigoration and preparation for the day), Recuperative Taiji Therapy (loosening of joints and deep release of tension), Tienji Meditation (wind down end-of-day sessions to reset, and provide mental clarity; preparation for sleep). Experience an increase in mindfulness.

The Affairs of Tea

A restorative programme that encourages and empowers the Self to step into growth, change, intention, and finding solace. A bowl of tea holds space for one to embrace the ‘duality and unity’ of life, and the means to live it with intuition, compassion, authenticity, and awareness.

Ink & Brush

Led by our award-winning master calligrapher, where every stroke of the brush leads practitioners deeper in introspection and awareness. As ink encounters paper, one meets the self in movement and stillness, further internalising the mindful meditative state experienced through Tienji Taiji.
